“Quiet Period” Statement

No employee of the Company shall disclose or discuss any information concerning the IPO, the Company’s financial results, future prospects or projections to any person outside the Company.  All requests for information from persons outside the Company (including members of the press) concerning the Company or the IPO should be responded to with “no comment” and immediately referred to Bob Sleet at the Company.  No advertisement in any form shall be published or in any way disseminated and no press release made without prior approval of Bob Sleet.
